Plan Ahead.
Take The Challenge!

The "Muse Teenage Million Dollar Challenge"
The "Muse Teenage Million Dollar Challenge" will put millions of dollars in the pockets of our high school students in their lifetime. The first million dollars occurring around age 27. Typically, this occurs at age 37 for first time millionaires in the U.S. Currently, there are 21 millionaires in the United States. Seventeen hundred (1700) new millionaires every day. That is over 620,000 each year, the Global Wealth Reported in April 2022. Those that take the “Challenge,” should be able to retire at the age of 31 instead of 62, they will be financially secure to retire. To achieve this, relatives of the student are asked to place the student’s name on their credit card, not as an authorized user. This could be done without the student’s knowledge. This move will build a very high credit score for the student. He/she will work the amount of salary is not important. He/she will rent/lease a 4-Bedroom house (a money machine). He/she will sublease the other 3-Room bedrooms to like-minded individuals. Please consult a license real estate agent and/or an attorney. This will provide a positive cash flow (more money coming in than going out). The single-family house should be within one-half to two miles from work; so, the investor can bike or walk to work. The longer you live like you are poor, when you don’t have too, the faster you will become rich. Do not go into consumer debt. Consumer debt is the closest thing to slavery we have in the modern world. Do not buy a house, it is a liability not an investment. Over the next two to three years, the investor will buy apartment buildings, duplexes and/or office buildings.
At age 31, not 62, the investor will have amassed enough money/net worth (financial freedom) to retire. He/she will be able to trade-in their 40-hour work week for a 4-hour work week if they choose. This challenge will work for almost anyone at any age. I will meet you where you are: drop-out, student, adult, retiree, etc. I have met with students and adults in workshops, conferences and “one on one” to discuss their future goals and careers. I have the expertise to get you where you belong, financial abundance, at no cost to you. Please register.
